They arrived right on the time quoted and immediately commenced covering over the things I had not yet finished.
They finished the job before our expectations and even lifted off the skirting boards for us.

Their work was first class and exceeded what we expected. The dust level was far less than what we had been told to expect by others who had tiles lifted and the final clean up was great.

We must also commend the team who did the job for their professionalism, attitude and helpfulness - it made a messy job a pleasurable experience. Also your company approach and professionalism, right down to the company vechiles they came in must be commended.

I would just like to pass on my thanks to the team that removed our terracotta, timber and carpet floors yesterday. I was pretty stressed about the dust and mess that I would return to once the job was finished. But to my delight, there was minimal dust and all of the rubble and mess had been removed.

Our tiler has also had an opportunity to inspect the floor and he is really happy with the smooth finish your team created, which will no doubt make his job easier.

I just wanted to write you guys a thank you letter. I am extremely happy with the work carried out by your company in stripping the floors at my recently purchased house.

Your guys showed up on time and worked hard all day to ensure that the job was completed that same day as promised (I had tilers showing up 6am the next day). My wife met the boys on site in the morning and she was impressed with the respect and courtesy the boys showed her something that cannot be said for many building professionals when met by a pretty woman.
Your boys also left the place absolutely spotless, no mess or rubble (or dust!) anywhere.

The tiler was really happy with the quality of the job he had no problems doing his work. He now has your number to pass on to his future clients as he was so impressed.
