Here are some helpful hints to minimise dust & damage in your home.

Empty the contents of cupboards especially where there are tiles on the inside of the cupboard e.g. Pantry & linen closet, as the fine dust can find it's way into every nook & cranny.

If there are no tiles on the inside of the cupboard and you do not want to empty them, then seal the doors with masking tape
3.
You can also use disposable (plastic) drop sheets to put over over archways etc. to isolate the areas for stripping from the rest of your home.
4.
Remove any wall items e.g. Pictures & ornaments, as these may attract dust.
5.
Remove all furniture from the flooring area to allow access.
6.
Dishwashers & fridges may need to be disconnected & removed.
7.
Please remove all electronic equipment from surrounding areas to prevent possible changes.
8.
Be aware that skirting boards may be damaged in the process of removing your flooring material, and it may be better to remove them completely.
9.
Ensure all external windows and doors can be unlocked and opened to allow proper ventilation.
10.
Ensure there is easy access to the stripping area from the outside to allow removal of rubble and waste and minimise the passage of workers through your home.
